The Leasing & Facilities Maintenance Coordinator will work closely with the Branch Expansion & Facilities Manager to provide ongoing support in the growth and expansion into new markets as well as opening and relocation of branch offices. This position is responsible for maintenance of office location lease agreements and records, coordination facility maintenance and repair services for multiple office locations as well as provide data and reporting to other internal departments related to all aspects of leasing and facilities management.
