The Customer Solutions Specialist position is located in our Corporate Office in Baton Rouge, LA. This position will work directly with customers to resolve concerns, issues or disputes they may have regarding their account. This is a crucial role in helping us to fullfill our core value of providing excelllent customer service and understanding our customers needs and valuing our relationship with them.
